Pengaruh Beban Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadapkinerjakaryawanbpjskesehatan Cabangpekanbaru
The increasingly developing era of globalization, requires organizations to continue to move forward. Organizational progress cannot be separated from the role of human resources. This is because the strength of every organization lies in its human resources so that each employee's performance will determine the organization's performance. This research was conducted at BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Pekanbaru with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of workload and job satisfaction on the performance of BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Pekanbaru employees. Workload and job satisfaction are independent variables (X) while employee performance is the dependent variable (Y). This research uses the sampling total method, where all samples are taken from the total population because it is less than 100. Data obtained from the questionnaire results were processed using statistical testing via SPSS 24.
