UNICEF as an international organization actively participates in decision making regarding children's welfare issues. UNICEF took over the role that should be carried out by the Vietnamese government in the field of education and welfare of underprivileged children in Vietnam. In this case, UNICEF collaborates with SM Entertainment, a South Korean company as a liaison in providing support and campaigns aimed at underprivileged children in Vietnam. One of the collaboration programs is the SMile for U humanitarian program which aims to support children in the Asian region to receive music education, especially in several regions in Vietnam. The economic cooperation conference between SM Entertainment and Vietnam will be a solid foundation in the 4.0 era, especially in the fields of culture and entertainment, markets. SM Entertainment has a very big role in the ongoing Soft Power Diplomacy collaboration with UNICEF which can be seen from the enthusiasm of the Vietnamese people.
