This study aims to examine the effect of product innovation, access to capital, and contextual ambidexterity on the performance of MSMEs in Pekanbaru City. The population used in this study were MSMEs in Pekanbaru City. The sample in this study was 394 MSMEs that fit the predetermined criteria. The data used in this research is primary data with a questionnaire as an instrument. In addition, data collection in this study used purposive sampling, where the number of respondents in this study were 394 respondents. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results obtained are product innovation, access to capital, and contextual ambidexterity have a positive and significant effec t on MSME performance.
