Pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan Terhadap Kinerja Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes) Dengan Keunggulan Bersaing Sebagai Variabel Mediasi (Studi Kasus Pada Bumdes DI Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi)
Village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) is a form of business entity in which all or part of the capital is owned by the village through direct capital participation derived from the results of village wealth and potential. This research highlights the role of entrepreneurial orientation in improving BUMDes performance, as well as the role of competitive advantage as mediation. The population in this study was BUMdes in Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling. A total of 203 respondents participated in this study consisting of directors, secretaries, treasurers and unit heads. Data collection techniques using questionnaires The results of data analysis using SmartPLS3. The results showed that entrepreneurial orientation affects BUMDes performance and competitive advantage. Competitive advantage affects BUMDes performance, and competitive advantage mediates indirectly the specific effect of entrepreneurial orientation on BUMDes performance. This research has contributed to improving the performance of BUMDes in Kuantan Singingi Regency.
