Pengaruh Pembelajaran Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Badan Usaha Milik Desa Dengan Keberlanjutan Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Mediasi (Studi Kasus Pada Bumdes Di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu)

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are economic institutions that have a strategic role in improving the village economy. This research highlights the role of organizational learning in improving the performance of BUMDes, as well as the role of organizational sustainability as mediation. The population in this study is BUMDes in Rokan Hulu Regency. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling. A total of 179 respondents participated in this study consisting of directors, secretaries treasurers, and unit heads. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of data analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 show that organizational learning affects the performance of BUMDes and organizational sustainability mediates the influence of organizational learning on BUMDes performance. This research has contributed to improving the performance of BUMDes in Rokan Hulu Regency.
