This research is empirical research which aims to test and prove the influence of the application of accounting information systems, budgeting participation, functional supervision, organizational commitment and organizational culture on the performance of local government agencies. This research was conducted in 29 OPDs in Kampar Regency. The data used is primary data with a questionnaire data source. The sample for this study was 87 respondents using a purposive sampling method, but only 84 (96.55%) respondents filled out the questionnaire completely and could be processed. The analytical tool used in this research is the SmartPLS program. Based on the analysis using SmartPLS 4.1.0, it can be concluded that for the variables (1) Implementation of the Accounting Information System, (2) Participation In Budget Preparation, (3) Functional Supervision, (4) Organizational Commitment, and (5) Organizational culture affects the performance of local government agencies.
