Pengaruh Pembelajaran Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Badan Usaha Milik Desa Dengan Keadilan Organisasi Dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Pemimpin Sebagai Variabel Moderasi (Studi Kasus Pada BUMDes di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir)
Abstract: Development in rural areas has become the current government's focus. This research highlights the role of Organizational Learning in improving BUMDes performance, as well as the role of organizational Justice and Trust in leaders as moderation. The population in this study was BUMdes in Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling. A total of 197 respondents participated in this research consisting of directors, secretaries, treasurers and unit heads. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The results of data analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 show that organizational learning has an effect on VOE performance. Organizational Justice and Trust in leaders moderate the influence of Organizational Learning on VOE performance. This research has contributed to improving the performance of BUMdes in Indragiri Hilir Regency.
