Strategi Alternatif Penetapan Harga Bisnis Geprek Bang Kumis Balam Sakti Pekanbaru (Studikasus Menubaru Chicken Steak Geprek Bang Kumis)
This research aims to explore alternative pricing strategies for Geprek Bang Kumis Balam Sakti Pekanbaru by connecting them to the new chicken steak menu. This research includes exploring the internal and external factors that influence the prices of new menu chicken steak and investigating alternative strategies used by Geprek Bang Kumis in determining prices to determine the prices of new items. The method utilized in this research is a qualitative case study method, collecting data through observation, interviews, documents, and audio-visual resources. The results indicate that internal and external factors that influence price include the company’s marketing goals and competitors. Geprek Bang Kumis Balam Sakti Pekanbaru used alternative strategies based on competitors costs and prices, location, customer behavior and competitor prices. As a recommendation , Geprek Bang Kumis Balam Sakti Pekanbaru could use various advertising strategies to introduce the new menu to potential customers.
