Pengaruh Penetapan Harga Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasaan Konsumen Pada Sixpoint Carwash Pekanbaru
This research aims to determine the effect of pricing and service quality on consumer satisfaction at SixPoint Carwash Pekanbaru. Pricing (X1) and service quality (X2) are independent variables while consumer satisfaction (Y) is the dependent variable. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative. The population in this study were all consumers at SixPoint Carwash Pekanbaru with a sample of 99 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The data used in this research was obtained through the process of distributing questionnaires which were tested statistically using the SPSS 26 program. The results obtained in the research were that price setting had an effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality had an effect on consumer satisfaction, and price setting and service quality had an influence and significance of 83,4% of customer satisfaction at SixPoint Carwash Pekanbaru.
