Pengaruh Pelatihan Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Pln (Persero) Updk Pekanbaru
This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of training and work discipline on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru. The independent variables or independent variables in this research are training (X1) and work discipline (X2), the dependent variable or dependent variable in this research is employee performance (Y). The problem in this research is fluctuating employee performance. The research method is a quantitative method. The population in this research is 63 employees and the sample in this research is 63 field and office employees according to the entire population using a sampling technique, namely census/total sampling. The data source in this research is primary data obtained by researchers from the results of distributing questionnaires to 63 employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru which was then classified statistically using the SPSS 27 program. The results obtained in the research show that it is partially known that training has a significant influence on employee performance, where thitung = 10.779 > ttabel = 2.000 and the sig value is 0.000 < 0, 05. Furthermore, it is partially known that work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance, where thitung = 14.325 > ttabel = 2.000 and the sig value is
0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, training and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance, where the Fhitung = 122,772 > Ftabel = 3.15 and the sig value is 0.000 < 0.05.
