Pengaruh Pemberian Motivasi Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pada Hotel Tresya Kota Tanjung Balai Provinsi Sumatera Utara

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the effect of providing work motivation and the work environment on employee morale at the Tresya Tanjung Balai Hotel, North Suamtera Province. Providing work motivation and work environment as independent variables (X1,X2) while employee morale is the dependent variable (Y). The problem found in this research is the lack of employee morale at the Tresya Tanjung Balai Hotel, North Sumatra Province. This can be seen from the company's attendance data. The sample in this study was taken from 52 respondents from a population calculated using census/total sampling. The data obtained from the questionnaire results are then processed and then tested statistically using the SPSS 25 program. The data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests for multicollinearity, classical assumption tests for heteroscedasticity, simple linear analysis, analysis of multiple linear, coefficient of determination, t test and f test. Based on the results of tests carried out, it shows that providing work motivation and the work environment has an effect on employee morale at the Tresya Tanjung Balai Hotel, North Sumatra Province.
