Pengaruh Insentif Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Pln (Persero) Updk Pekanbaru
This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of incentives and career development on employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru. The independent variables in this study are incentives (X1) and career development (X2), while the dependent variable is employee job satisfaction (Y). There are issues in this study, such as employees arriving late to work, leaving during working hours, lack of focus, and facing difficulties in completing tasks on time. The research method used in this study is quantitative. The population and sample in this study consist of 63 employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK Pekanbaru. The data source for this study is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 63 employees, which were then analyzed using SPSS 27 software. The results of this study indicate that partially, incentives have an influence on employee job satisfaction, where thitung = 6.867 > ttable = 2.000 and sig value 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, partially, career development also has an influence on employee job satisfaction, where thitung = 7.426 > ttable = 2.000, and sig value 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously, incentives and career development have an influence on employee job satisfaction, where Fhitung = 34.737 > Ftable = 3.15, and sig value 0.000
< 0.05.
