Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Konflik Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Upaya Tehnik Riau Daratan (Pekanbaru)
This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation and work conflict on employee performance at PT. Upaya Tehnik Riau Daratan. As an important aspect of economic and social life, business is a very interesting activity today, and has experienced various new challenges in today's business competition. To face various business competitions, business people must compete in order to have the right human resources to help the organization succeed. The independent or independent variables in this research are work motivation (X1) and work conflict (X2), then the dependent variable is on employee Performance (Y). This research method is a quantitative method. The population used was 130 employees and a sample of 98 employees respondents where simple random sampling technique was used Slovin formula to determine the total sample of respondents at PT. Upaya Tehnik Riau Daratan Source, in this research is Primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to PT. Upaya Tehnik Riau Daratan, which is further classified statistically using the SPSS program. The results obtained in the research show that the work motivation variable (X1) has a partial effect on on employee Performance (Y), partially the work conflict variable (X2) has an effect on employee performance (Y). Simultaneously, the research results show that there is the influence of work motivation (X1) and work conflict (X2) on employee Performance (Y).
