ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of career development and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at a private television company, namely PT. Riau Media Televisi (RTV) Pekanbaru. The study involved 64 respondents who were all employees at PT. Riau Media Televisi Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling. This study uses analyses such as validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The analytical tool used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that career development and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Riau Media Televisi Pekanbaru.
