This study aims to analyze the supervision of the Dumai-Tanjung Kapal Ferry Port services in Dumai City. The theory used in this research is G. R. Terry's Supervision Theory in Sururama and Amalia (2020), which consists of Determining Standards, Measuring Implementation, Comparing Implementation with Standards, and Correcting Deviations. This research is qualitative research, with data collection through in-depth interviews, observations with parties involved in carrying out the supervision process, namely, the Riau Class II Land Transportation Management Center, and UPT Riau Provincial Transportation Office, as well as documentation. The results of the study state that the supervision of Dumai-Tanjung Kapal Ferry Port services in Dumai City has not gone well. This can be seen from the supervision that has been carried out but there are still many aspects that are not in accordance with predetermined standards, namely not in accordance with the operating hours of the ship, the lack of supervision carried out on the number of vehicle capacities that enter the ship, and there are still overloaded vehicles that enter the ship. The obstacles found in the implementation of the supervision of Dumai-Tanjung Kapal Ferry Port services in Dumai City include the lack of human resource capabilities in conducting supervision and the lack of communication between related parties.
