Dampak Konflik Rusia-Ukraina Terhadap Kerjasama Impor Gandum Ukraina Dengan Indonesia
The conflict between Russia and Ukraine has had a significant impact on wheat imports to Indonesia and trade cooperation between the two countries. Although economic cooperation between Ukraine and Indonesia has been established in recent years, tensions between Russia and Ukraine have resulted in serious disruption to these relations.
This research uses a qualitative literature study method by collecting data from books, academic journals, official documents, laws, and related internet sources, namely research on the conflict between Russia and Ukraine and its effect on wheat cooperation with Indonesia.
The findings of this research indicate that the Russia-Ukraine conflict has impacted the cooperation on wheat imports from Ukraine to Indonesia. This impact is manifested in several aspects: 1) the alteration of wheat import shipping routes from the Black Sea to the Baltic and North Seas; 2) the increased distance of transportation from Ukraine, spanning an additional 3000-4000km compared to the usual routes; 3) consequently affecting the futures market price of wheat in Indonesia by 5%-8% (from Rp.9000 to Rp.12.000).
