The results showed that in bio-energy medicine, the therapeutic communication used by therapists and patients consists of three stages. First, the orientation stage is carried out by experimentally getting acquainted, building trust, identifying problems and setting goals, clarifying roles, and drawing up agreement contracts. Second, the work stage where the therapist explains the implementation of health to be carried out, convinces the patient before the action and performs bio-energy therapy. Third, the termination stage is early termination by asking about the patient's condition and reminding the meeting contract and final termination by evaluating the overall treatment measures, providing advice and motivation, and finally non-formal separation. Furthermore, verbal communication is therapeutically carried out with clear and concise communication, vocabulary, pauses and speaking opportunities, time and relevance and humor. While nonverbal communication consists of kinesic, prosemic, paralinguistic, individual appearance, facial expressions and touch. The therapist also applies several therapeutic communication techniques including: asking, listening, open-ended questions, repeating what the patient says, restatement and humor, and applied 3 characteristics of therapeutic communication, namely sincerity, empathy and warmth. So it can be concluded that the therapeutic communication carried out at PPA Miftahussyifa is different from therapeutic communication in other treatments in general, because it only consists of three stages of therapeutic communication but so far it has been quite maximally carried out.
