Pengelolaan Media Sosial Tiktok @Emakcw_Official Dalam Mempromosikan Produk Keripik Singkong Di Pekanbaru
The development of information and communication technology has made online media, especially tiktok social media which only emerged a few years ago, utilized by Emak CW as an MSME as a tool to promote cassava chip products. Tiktok has become the most popular social media and is in great demand. It is utilized as a medium to market products and services in a content. This study aims to analyze the SOME (Share, Optimize, Manage, Engage) process carried out by Emak CW in managing Tiktok social media in promoting cassava chip products.
The method used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection used in this research is by interview, documentation, and observation. Data validity using triangulation techniques. The number of informants in this study are 1 owner of Emak CW, 1 Tiktok social media admin, and 1 Emak CW consumer.
The result of this study is that Emak CW utilizes TikTok as social media to share content containing product promo information and product manufacturing. Optimize this account by learning and following the tiktok zoom in order to prevent pontingan violations. The process of managing Emak CW does live so that it has more realtime interaction with its followers. In posting content Emak CW has a time gap between one content and another. The process of engaging Emak CW to approach this audience has its own way. Emak CW does live every day, which is live done not by the admin but by the owner of Emak CW herself.
