Analisis Kerapatan Dan Proksimat Pada Tumbuhan Air Rumput Gelembung (Utricularia Gibba) Di Perairan Rawa Gambut Kecamatan Bukit Batu Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau
This research aims to determine the density and quality of water in peat swamp waters and determine the proximate levels in the aquatic plant U. gibba in Peat Swamp Waters, Bukit Batu District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. This research was carried out in January - February 2024, located in peat swamp waters, Bukit Batu District, Bengkali Regency. This research uses a survey method, by calculating density using quadrant plots. Meanwhile, proximate levels were calculated using the AOAC method (2005). The results of this research showed that the highest density was at Station I, namely 147,3 species per m-2, while the lowest density was at Station III, namely 106,67 species per m-2. Proximate content shows that U. gibba has a protein content ranging from 8.56% - 9.98%, a fat content of 2.33%, a carbohydrate content of 3.98%, and a fiber content of 37.33%. Peat swamp waters in Bukit Batu District are known to have a fairly high phosphate content of 0.2898 mg/L and are hypertrophic (very good fertility)
