Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada Divisi Penjualan ( Studi Pada Pt. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru )
This study was conducted at PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru. The purpose of the study was to understand the effect of the work environment on employee motivation through job satisfaction at PT. Suka Fajar Pekanbaru. The work environment was the independent variable, motivation was the dependent variable, and job satisfaction was the intervening variable. The problem in the study was the significant decline and stagnation in employee motivation for several years. The sample in the study was all employees in the sales division, with a total of 71 respondents. The data obtained from the questionnaire distributed was analyzed using non-probability sampling or total sampling, which was then analyzed using the Smart Pls 4.0 program. The results of the analysis showed that the work environment had a significant effect on motivation, with a t-value of 2.212 > t-table 1.64 and a p-value of 0.013 < 0.05. The work environment also had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, with a t-value of 18.129 > t-table 1.64 and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05. Job satisfaction also had a significant effect on motivation, with a t-value of 1.703 > t-table 1.64 and a p-value of 0.044 < 0.05. The work environment also had a significant effect on motivation through job satisfaction, with a t-value of 1.649 > t-table 1.64 and a p-value of 0.050 < 0.05.
