Pengaruh Pemberian Reward Dan Punishment Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Bintang Distribusi Indonesia Di Pekanbaru
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of reward (X1) and punishment (X2) on employee performance (Y) at the building materials distributor company PT. Bintang Distribusi Indonesia in Pekanbaru. Research data was obtained based on a questionnaire distributed to all employees of PT. Bintang Distribusi Indonesia, so the data in this study is primary data. There were 37 employees who were respondents in this research. This research method is a quantitative method. Based on the results of partial analysis, rewards have a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Bintang Distribusi indonesia. Based on the results of the partial analysis, punishment has a positive effect on the performance of PT. Bintang Distribusi Indonesia. Meanwhile, the F test shows that there is a simultaneous relationship between variables X and Y because the value of fcount > Ftable. The R Square result is 0.636. This value shows that 63.6% of the reward and punishment variables have a positive influence on employee performance at PT. Bintang Distribusi Indonesia, where the remaining 36.4% is influenced by variables not used in this study.
