Pengaruh Pengawasan Kerja Dan Komitmen Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Hotel Grand Elite Pekanbaru
This research was conducted at the Grand Elite Hotel Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work supervision and employee commitment on employee performance at the Grand Elite Hotel Pekanbaru. Work Supervision and Employee Commitment as Independent Variables (X) while employee performance as Dependent Variable (Y). The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative statistics. The sample for this research was taken from 52 respondents from 107 populations calculated using the Slovin formula. Determining the sample size in this study used an accidental sampling technique, which means that the sample was determined by chance or anyone who met the researcher could be used as a sample. The data obtained from the questionnaire results were tested statistically using the SPSS Statistics 24 program. The results of the tests carried out showed that Work Supervision has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Employee Commitment had a significant effect on Employee Performance, and work supervision and employee commitment had a significant effect on Performance.
