Pengaruh Pemberian Motivasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Karyawan Hotel New Resty Menara Pekanbaru)
The purpose of this research is to find out further how job satisfaction at the New Resty Menara Pekanbaru Hotel affects employee loyalty related to motivation and work environment. Employee loyalty as the dependent variable, work environment and motivation as independent variables, and job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The problem is that there has been a decrease in employee loyalty to the provision of motivation and work environment in recent years. Employee loyalty can be influenced by several factors, including the provision of motivation and work environment. The sample selected for this study amounted to 72 respondents who all work in hotels. After that, the Smart Pls 4.0 tool was used to process and analyze the data collected from the questionnaire responses. The methodology used is total sampling or non-probability sampling. As for one type of sampling technique from non-probability sampling, namely by using saturated sampling technique, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. This kind of research uses quantitative techniques. Based on the test results, employee loyalty is significantly influenced by work environment and motivation (t-count = 8.098 > and 4.332 >). In addition, the t-table for indirect motivation of employee loyalty through job satisfaction is 1.96 with a p-value of 0.00 < 0.05. Thitung > 4.342 for the indirect effect related to job satisfaction work environment on employee loyalty.
