Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan dan inklusi Keuangan terhadap Pengelolaan UMKM ( Studi pada UMKM Minimarket di Kecamatan Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh Kota Bukittinggi)

UMKM have an important role in the Indonesian economy, one of the obstacles for UMKM currently is that they have not managed their finances optimally. This research aims to examine the influence of financial literacy and financial inclusion, both simultaneously and partially, on financial management among Mini Market UMKM in Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh District, Bukittinggi City. The research method used is a quantitative method and uses secondary and primary data. The sample in this study was determined to be 84 respondents from 106 populations measured using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The sampling method uses Proportional stratified random sampling which is then processed and then studied using the SPSS 25 program. Data analysis includes: validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, simple linear regression test , multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the research show that (1) There is a significant influence of financial literacy on financial management among UMKM actors, especially Mini Market business actors in Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh District, (2) There is a significant influence of financial inclusion on financial management among UMKM actors, especially Mini Business actors. Market in Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh District, and (3) There is a significant influence of financial literacy and financial inclusion on financial management among UMKM, especially Mini Market business actors in Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh District.
