Persepsi Masyarakat Nagari Pagaruyung Terhadap Program Unggulan Satu Nagari Satu Event Pada Dinas Pariwisata Pemuda Dan Olahraga (Disparpora) Di Kabupaten Tanah Datar Sumatera Barat

This One Nagari One Event Flagship Program is a program formed by the Regent of Tanah Datar Regency and the Department of Touristm, youth and sports as the Regional Apparatus Organizations that runs the program. This superior program has the main objective of improving the welfare of the people of Tanah Datar Regency, preserving the culture , traditions, customs and local wisdom of the community which have begun to be eroded by the times. Apart from that, the flagship One Nagari One Event program is expected to be able to attract tourists to come and visit Tanah Datar Regency and be able to improve the economy of the MSME community.
The im of this reaserch is to see how the people of Tanah Datar Regency perceive the flagship One Nagari One Event program at the youth and sports tourism office. This reaserch uses qualitative, descriptive methods. In this reaserch, data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this reaserch were six people with the first criteria, the informants were native residents of Nagari Pagaruyung, the second informant was a community leader, the informants understood and knew about the flagship One Nagari One Event program.
The results of this reaserch show, firstly, that some people have a positive perceptions of the superior program, one village one event, because this superior program can explore culture and improve the community’s MSMEs. And some other people have a negative perception because according to them the flagship Satu Nagari Satu Event program has no effect that can be felt by the community and the programs is not in accordance with the goals expected by the community. Secondly, the factors that influence the perception of the people of Nagari Pagaruyung are divided into two, namely, the object perceived and the experience. Third, the community of Nagari Pagaruyung’s understanding of the flagship Satu Nagari Satu Event program is concluded that the community can understand it well in accordance with the assessments and experiences that have experience
