Hubungan Pola Makan, Kualitas Tidur, Dan Aktivitas Fisik Dengan Kadar Hemoglobin Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir
Introduction: Senior undergraduate students, who are in early adulthood, often experience sleep disturbances, poor eating patterns, low levels of physical activity, and a decrease in hemoglobin levels. This study aims to analyze the relationship between diet, sleep quality, and physical activity with hemoglobin levels among senior undergraduate students at the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Riau. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted from April 23th to May 14th, 2024, using a total sampling technique with 114 respondents. Data were collected using the PSQI, GPAQ, SQ-FFQ questionnaires, and Point Care of Testing tools for hemoglobin level examination. Spearman’s Rho test was used for analysis. Results: The study found significant relationships between dietary patterns and hemoglobin levels (p-value = 0.000, r = 0.762), sleep quality and hemoglobin levels (p-value = 0.001, r = 0.302), and physical activity and hemoglobin levels (p-value = 0.024, r = 0.211). Conclusion: Poor dietary patterns, low sleep quality, and low-levels physical activity are correlated with low hemoglobin levels in senior undergraduate students.
Keywords: dietary patterns, hemoglobin levels, physical activity, senior undergraduate students, sleep quality.
