Pengaruh Persepsi Siswa Tentang Kompetensi Profesional Guru Sejarah Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas Xi Di SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru
Education is part of human cultural civilization which will continue to develop over time. Because education is actually the spearhead for creating quality Human Resources (HR) that have competitiveness in social life. Educational institutions need teaching staff who have professional competence in teaching so that student participants can be oriented and easy to understand in understanding their lessons. This research aims to find out Students' perceptions of the Professional Competence of History Teachers on the Learning Outcomes of Class XI Students at SMAN 4 Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is the survey and verification method which was obtained by conducting it on a number of samples using a questionnaire. This research was carried out at SMAN 4 Pekanbaru located Jl. Adisucipto No. 67 Maharatu, Marpoyan Damai District, a sample of 59 students was found to have 31 students whose learning outcomes were in the high category with a percentage of 52.54%. The research results show that student perception variables regarding the professional competence of History teachers influence student learning outcomes.
