The Integrated Dynamic Archival Information System (SRIKANDI) is a web-based system commonly used to carry out organizational archival processes, such as in the Pekanbaru City Local Government Environment. With the birth of this application, it is undeniable that it will be very useful for dynamic archive management, especially for archival activities and staff in the Pekanbaru City Government Environment which in this case is carried out by Sukajadi District. Because so far the lack of optimal implementation of archival tasks is due to the lack of support for science, expertise and skills possessed by employees, especially in the application of this Srikandi Application, and it is one of the reasons employees often have to postpone work and wait for instructions from the leadership, because they cannot decide what actions should be taken if in operational implementation of duties face obstacles
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of employee work in records management through the use of the Srikandi Application in Sukajadi District, Pekanbaru City and analyze what obstacles are faced in increasing the effectiveness of employee work in records management through the effective use of the Srikandi Application in Sukajadi District, Pekanbaru City.. This research uses a qualitative approach with case studies as a research strategy and informants in this study as many as 9 people.
The results showed that the effectiveness of employee work in implementing the Srikandi Application in Sukajadi District, Pekanbaru City as a whole has not run optimally, effectively and efficiently, this is because the apparatus still does not optimally carry out its duties and functions where not all implementing employees understand the regulations governing the use of the Srikandi Application. Then the lack of budget funds intended for the effective implementation of this activity makes the implementing apparatus unable to maximize in carrying out activities. In addition, the coordination of work built so far with all stakeholders involved in providing excellent service to the community in improving transparent sub-district governance through good archive governance with the Srikandi Application is only held. The obstacles that hinder the effectiveness of the work of Sukajadi District Office employees in implementing the Srikandi Application include: 1. Availability of work facilities and infrastructure. 2. Commitment of leaders in providing subdistrict administration services. 3. Good enforcement of discipline against subdistrict service providers. 4. Lack of implementation of education and training. 5. There is political influence in the implementation of sub-district services.
