Perbandingan Prenatal Attachment Antara Ibu Primigravida Dan Multigravida
PIntroduction: Prenatal attachment is an affectionate that develops during pregnancy in mothers and their unborn babies. The level of prenatal attachment can be influenced by several factors, one of which is parity. The purpose of this study to determine the comparison of Prenatal Attachment between primigravida and multigravida mothers at Payung Sekaki Health Center, Pekanbaru City in 2024. Method: This study used a comparative descriptive research design with a cross-sectional approach. The research location was carried out in the working are of Payung Sekaki Health Center, Pekanbaru City. The study sample amounted to 104 pregnant women respondents who were divided into two groups, namely 52 primigravida and 52 multigravida with nonprobability sampling technique, namely the type of purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used the Indonesian Version of Prenatal Attachment Inventory (IPAI) questionnaire, a Likert scale with a score of ≤ 52 (low) and > 52 (high). Results: There are some significant differences in the level of prenatal attachment in the primigravida and multigravida groups (p value 0.032 < α 0.05), the mean score of Prenatal Attachment was significantly higher in the primigravida group (58.85) when compared to the multigravida group (46.15) with a difference of 12.7 higher in primigravida. Conclusion: There is a significant differences in the level of prenatal attachment in primigravida mothers have a higher level of prenatal attachment than multigravida mothers.
