Persuasive communication strategies refer to the efforts made by an individual or group to influence the views, attitudes, or behaviors of others in a convincing and impactful manner. These strategies are also utilized to address the decades-long conflict between transmigrant communities and PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa. This study aims to examine persuasive communication strategies with a psychodynamic, sociocultural approach and construct the meaning used by community leaders of transmigrants in resolving the conflict with PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa, focusing on a case study in Sukamaju Village. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study are four community leaders of transmigrants, determined using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Additionally, data validity was checked using source and method triangulation. The results of this study highlight the key role of persuasive communication in resolving conflicts between the community and the company, as well as the importance of community leaders acting as mediators in the process. The decades-long conflict has formed a complex relationship dynamic, especially due to economic cooperation between the community and the company, leading to concerns among those with economic ties to the company who chose to remain silent. Persuasion is demonstrated so that community leaders can overcome this and achieve conflict resolution, fostering a harmonious and just relationship by reaching mutually beneficial agreements. These findings contribute to the understanding of communication dynamics in conflict resolution using persuasive communication strategies as employed by transmigrant community leaders.
