Pengaruh Pemberian Insentif Dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pada Bimbel Adzkia Kedinasan Kota Medan
This research was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of providing incentives and the physical work environment on employee morale at the Medan City Official Adzkia Tuition Center. The independent (free) variables in this research are the provision of incentives (X1) and the physical work environment (X2), and the dependent variable in this research is employee morale (Y). The problem in this research is the high level of employee absenteeism which is shown based on attendance data for the last 5 years. The research method in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study was 57 permanent employees using a sampling technique, namely the census. The data source in this study is primary data obtained by researchers from the results of distributing questionnaires to 57 employees at the Medan City Official Adzkia Tuition Center which was then classified statistically using the SPSS 23 program. The results obtained in this study indicate that it is partially known that providing incentives has an influence which is significant for employee morale. Where tcount = 2.61 > ttable = 2.00 and the sig value is 0.01 < 0.05. Furthermore, it is partially known that the physical work environment has a significant influence on employee morale, where tcount = 2.14 > ttable = 2.00 and the sig value is 0.03 < 0.05. Simultaneously providing incentives and the physical work environment has a significant influence on employee morale, where Fcount = 40.06 > Ftable = 3.17 and sig value 0.00 < 0.05.
