Perencanaan Komunikasi Coorporate Social Responsibility (Csr) Pt.Arara Abadi Dalam Program Desa Makmur Peduli Api (Dmpa) Di Desapinang Sebatang Timur, Kabupaten Siak

Desa Makmur Peduli Api is a community empowerment program by AAP Sinarmas through its business units. One embodiment of APP's forest conservation policy involves constructively involving indigenous and local communities in efforts to resolve social conflicts, empowering communities and forms of innovation created by the company in reducing forest fires. So that it can be implemented sustainably. PT. Arara Abadi needs to carry out communication planning so that the program runs continuously and many people participate so that people in land concessions and visitors who come can receive benefits from the DMPA program. This research aims to determine the communication planning steps of PT. Arara Abadi in Pinang Sebatang Timur Village.
This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive type. The study subjects subjects used purposive sampling techniques with six research informants. Data collection is conducted through interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Data validity checking technique using triangulation.
The results of this study indicate that the tourism communication planning of PT. Arara Abadi in the development of a tourist attraction is carried out through planning steps in the form of problem analysis and research using social mapping. Policy Formulation based on Organizational Governance with elements (People, Profit, Planet). The planning of the implementation empowers the Mutiara Indah Tani coorporative group by providing the facilities they request as in the DMPA program. Communication activities by adding or improving program facilities taken by the community, as well as events related to the program and promoted through online media and websites. The input received by the Mutiara Indah Farmers group is in line with the improvement in the economy. Evaluation is carried out once a year through FGD and improvements to DMPA program facilities. The community responded that the DMPA program was very beneficial for the people living in the company's concession area. And this program has the potential to become better known to the wider community with the success of these farmers in the DMPA program so that it can attract the interest of the outside community or students who want to visit and find out about the success of the program.
