Rancang Bangun Chatbot Cerdas Untuk Sistem Informasi Frequently Asked Question Pada Pelayanan Konsumen Bbpom Di Pekanbaru Berbasis Website
In carrying out services and making final service reports at BBPOM Pekanbaru, this is still done manually using stationery and paper to record questions asked by consumers, causing problems when recording consumer questions and the process of making reports. The aim of this research is to create a customer service information system using a website-based chatbot to facilitate the service process between staff and consumers, as well as making it easier to create digital reports on final service results. This research uses the waterfall method in creating a service information system, and the modeling in this research uses UML (Unified Modeling Language), namely: Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram and Class Diagram. The creation of this system uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages and uses the CodeIgniter 3 framework. This system can help with existing problems in providing services and can make things easier for staff and satisfy consumers.
