Pengaruh Edukasi Media Tiktok Terhadap Kepatuhan Konsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah Pada Remaja Putri
Backround: Anemia, a condition in which hemoglobin levels in the blood are below normal, is a common health problem especially in women of childbearing age. Adolescent girls who are menstruating and in their growing years are particularly vulnerable to iron deficiency anemia. The Blood Addition Tablet (TTD) program is one of the government's efforts to address this problem, but compliance with TTD consumption is still low. This study aims to evaluate the effect of education using TikTok media on adherence to TTD consumption in adolescent girls. Methods: This study used a pre-experiment design with a one-group pre-test post-test design on 34 respondents who were taken based on inclusion criteria using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8) questionnaire. The analysis used in this study used the Wilcoxon test. Result: Before education, all respondents showed low compliance (100%), but after education, 73.5% achieved moderate compliance and 20.6% achieved high compliance. Statistical test results showed a significant increase in TTD consumption compliance, from an average score of 2.50 in the pre-test to 6.82 in the post-test with a p value < α 0.05. Conclusion: There is an effect of TikTok media education on the compliance of blood supplement tablets consumption among adolescent girls.
