Gambaran Aktivitas Fisik, Stres Dan Antropometri Pada Pasien Hipertensi

Introduction: Hypertension is a non-communicable cardiovascular disease with the highest cause of death in Indonesia. Hypertension sufferers have less self-management regarding physical activity, stress and anthropometry, making them susceptible to complications from this disease. The research aims to analyze the description of physical activity, stress and anthropometry in hypertensive patients. Method: This research uses a descriptive method. The sample for this research was 144 respondents taken using purposive sampling technique. This research uses a valid questionnaire. Results: The results of the study showed that 74 people (51.4%) were late adults (40-60 years), 90 people (62.5%) were female, 122 people (84.7%) were married, were educated 69 people (47.9%) had high school, 82 people (56.9%) did not work, 89 people had suffered from hypertension for
