This research is aimed at understanding the influence of leadership style and providing motivation on employee loyalty at PT. Kimia Tirta Utama. PT Kimia Tirta Utama is a company engaged in processing palm fruit into palm oil. Employees have an important role in the process of managing coconut fruit palm oil becomes palm oil. Palm oil factories have an important role in improving people's living standards, which can employ people within the company. The success of company goals is influenced by the employees who work within the company. Employee loyalty can be seen from the presence of employees during the working hours. work progresses, they need to increase loyalty so that the production process in the company can run well. The independent variable is leadership style and providing motivation, while the dependent variable is employee loyalty. The method used is quantitative. The sample used was 76 respondents who came from employees in the production department .The sources used in the research are primary data obtained by the process of distributing questionnaires which are then compiled with statistics using SPSS software. The results of the research show that leadership style variables partially have an influence on employee loyalty.
