Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Semangat Kerja Pada Karyawan Pt. Riau Media Televisi (Rtv) Pekanbaru

Work morale plays an important role in achieving the long-term success of PT Riau Media Televisi Pekanbaru in the competitive media industry. The morale of PT Riau Media Television Pekanbaru is influenced by several things such as compensation and work environment. In order for morale to continue to increase, employees must get fair compensation and a good work environment from PT Riau Media Television Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyse the effect of compensation and work environment on work enthusiasm in employees of PT Riau Media Television Pekanbaru. This research has 43 respondents which is the total of all office employees at PT Riau Media Television Pekanbaru. This research uses Census sampling technique or Total Sampling. This research uses validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and determination coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that compensation and work environment have a significant and positive effect on morale in employees of PT Riau Media Television Pekanbaru.
