Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Pemberian Motivasi Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Pada Pt. East Infinita Indonesia Duri

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work motivation on organizational commitment in employees of PT. East Infinita Indonesia Duri. This research has 72 respondents which is total of all employees at PT. East Infinita Indonesia Duri. This research uses census sampling technique or Total Sampling. This research uses validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heterosdacticity test, multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and determination coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style and work motivasion have a significant and positive effect on morale in employees of PT. East Infinita Indonesia Duri.
