Efektivitas Program Pupuk Bersubsidi Di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota

Every year the Indonesian government allocates a budget for Indonesian subsidized fertilizer with the aim of ensuring that farmers are able to buy fertilizer according to their needs and at a more affordable price. However, in reality, in the distribution of subsidized fertilizer, problems often arise related to the difficulty of obtaining subsidized fertilizer and the distribution of fertilizer that is not on time. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the subsidized fertilizer program in Limapuluh Kota Regency and identify factors that hinder the effectiveness of the subsidized fertilizer program using effectiveness theory according to Sutrisno which is seen in the aspects of understanding the program, right on target, on time , achieving goals and real change. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection methods used, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the effectiveness of the subsidized fertilizer program in Limapuluh Kota Regency has not been implemented well and the factors that hinder the effectiveness of the subsidized fertilizer program in Limapuluh Kota Regency are the lack of budget and lack of coordination between parties related to distribution.
