Agile Governance Dalam Pelayanan Publik Olehmal Pelayanan Publikkota Pekanbaru Pascakebakaran
Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall is one of the government's efforts to improve public services to the community. However, the main building that serves as the center of public services of Pekanbaru City was burnt down by fire at march 2023. Thus, public services became less efficient. The government as a place to provide services and convenience to the people. The purpose of this research is to find out the agile governance and the form of adjustment in public services at the Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall after the fire. The theory of agile governance by Luna, Kruchten, and Moura (2015:14) is used in this research, and there are six indicators used: Good Enough Governance, Business Driven, Human Focused, Based On Quick Wins, Systematic and Adaptive Approach and Simple Design and Continous Refinement. This research uses qualitative research methods that use data collection techniques such as observation and interviews. The results showed that the Pekanbaru City Public Service Mall if assessed based on the application of the six principles of agile governance has been fully implemented and can be said to be quite good. However, if assessed from the post- fire side, it cannot be said to be implemented optimally. Due to the fact that there have been no activities to improve the competence of human resources in DPMPTSP and MPP since the beginning of 2024 until now (May 2024), this is included in the human focused indicator.
