This research is motivated by the phenomenon of many teenagers in Indonesia experiencing a combination of social phobia and overall phobic disorders, according to Praptiani (2013:2) as many as 81% of teenagers stated that they had experienced conflict with peers. Based on information, a similar phenomenon also occurs at SMAN 1 Ukui, around 29% of students who take part in scout extracurriculars have a tendency to have low social intelligence, including being involved in conflicts with friends, having a shy nature/difficulty in expressing their own opinions, and not being good at putting things together. themselves in their social environment. This phenomenon certainly shows that, currently many students have low social intelligence, whereas, according to existing theory, 80% of a person's success is influenced by non-IQ factors such as social intelligence.
Curriculum and extracurricular learning that can shape and improve students' social intelligence is the best way to overcome low social intelligence. In accordance with Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 63 of 2014, extracurricular scout education is considered to be able to shape personality, character and life skills through implementing the principles of scout values and code of honor. Thus, researchers are interested in seeing how scouts influence the formation of social intelligence. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence between scout extracurricular activities and the formation of social intelligence in students at SMA Negeri 1 Ukui. The benefits of this research are

expected to be a source of knowledge, as well as guidance for teachers, schools and educational institutions to continue to maintain and improve the quality of scout extracurricular activities and realize their influence on the formation of social intelligence.
This research is quantitative research that produces statistical data. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire consisting of 42 statements. This research uses a saturated sampling technique.
Based on the output results of SPSS version 25 data processing, a Constant (a) value of 8.518 was obtained and a regression coefficient value of 0.777. The value of 0.777 is a change in the regression line, so that every 1% increase in scout extracurricular activities will be followed by an increase of 0.777 in the value of the formation of social intelligence. Hypothesis testing was carried out by the t test, by comparing the Tcount value with the Ttable, it was found that the output result was a t value of 7.477, which was then compared with the ttable value with a significance level of 5% (one way). Based on the output results, it is known that tcount > ttable = 7.477 > 1.699 so it can be concluded that Scout Extracurricular (variable X) has a positive effect on the formation of Social Intelligence (variable Y) and states that the hypothesis in this research is accepted. The R-Square value was 0.658 or 65.8%, which is in the "Strong" category.
