Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Perindustrian Dan Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Kampar
Performance is a description of the level of achievement of an activity within an organization. The performance of an employee affects how much they contribute to the organization. The higher or better the staff's performance, the easier the organization's goals are to be achieved. But, there are still problems that are an impediment to doing a job or a job. This research aims to find out how the performance of the employees of the Department of Industry and Labour in the district of Kampar and the factors that hinder the employees in the execution of their duties or duties. The theoretical concept used by the researchers is a concept put forward by Robbins (2016:21) on how to measure the performance of employees individually, the concept has six indicators in it, namely, quality, quantity, timeliness, efficiency, independence and commitment to work. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study show that first, is the Department of Industry and Labour District of Kampar has already obtained good results in its performance can be demonstrated by the results of the GDP or Performance Target Officers whose average figure has reached 83.49%, with the average work performance of 85.44%. Second, the inhibitory factor is the condition less conducive due to the presence of the COVID-19 pandemic and the human resources are still scarce.
