The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Quality Family Village Program in Meranti Pandak Village, Rumbai Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City, Riau Province has not gone well, because the cadres of the KB Village Working Group often change, the POKJA's interpretation/understanding of the duties and functions and the KB Village Program itself is lacking, facilities and infrastructure are not available, and financial resources or budgets are not enough for the POKJA to make many activities. So that there needs to be an effort to re-organize and strong commitment, training and coaching for cadres, be creative and innovative and do good document administration.
