Kinerja Asn Bidang Pelayanan Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau
Human resources is a term that refers to all individuals involved in an
organization, company, or other entity. Employees are an element of the apparatus that
is institutionally part of government management to carry out their main tasks and
functions in government, development and community services.
One of the important government functions is the implementation and
improvement of public services, where one of the services in question is health services.
Health services are a basic need for every citizen, and the government is obliged to
provide health services through government service bureaus. The government is
responsible for the availability of all forms of health care that are quality, safe, time
efficient and affordable in terms of funding.
This research aims to determine problems related to the performance of service
personnel at Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province. The objectives of this research
include understanding and analyzing the problems of resource performance of the service
sector apparatus at Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital, Riau Province and identifying and
analyzing factors that influence the performance of service sector personnel at Arifin
Achmad Hospital, Riau Province.
Research shows that the performance of personnel resources in the service sector
of Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province needs to be improved because service delivery
is not yet optimal. This is because many patients do not receive good service, and
employee performance must follow established standards. This study also highlights the
importance of maintaining health service equipment that must be carried out by health
service providers, despite the lack of social responsibility and public knowledge of service
delivery.
