Implementasi Kebijakan Kurikulum Merdeka Pada Sekolah Penggerak Tingkat Sma Di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
This research aims to determine the implementation of the independent curriculum policy at SMA Level Driving Schools in Rokan Hilir Regency. As well as to find out the obstacles in implementing the independent curriculum at SMA Level Driving Schools in Rokan Hilir Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with Grindle analysis consisting of policy content and implementation environment. The research locations are SMAN 1 Bagan Sinembah and SMAN 2 Pujud. There were 10 research informants. Data collection techniques are by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum Policy at High School Level Driving Schools in Rokan Hilir has not yet been fully implemented in accordance with the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Education and Culture Decree No. 56/M/2022 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Curriculum in the Context of Learning Recovery because the implementation of the curriculum has only been implemented within 2 years. final. The obstacles that occur in implementing the independent curriculum at SMA Level Driving Schools in Rokan Hilir Regency are the lack of human resources, namely Driving Teachers at the school so that implementation cannot run optimally. There is still a lack of knowledge and literacy among teachers in understanding and using digitalization-based learning. School facilities are still minimal, such as a lack of laboratory space, and internet access are also obstacles in implementing the curriculum.
