Strategi Komunikasi Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Siak Dalam Melaksanakan Program Tranformasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Inklusi Sosial
This study aims to identify communication strategies of the Siak district library and archives office in implementing social inclusion-based library transformation programs. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative approach research method. Research data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted at the Library and Archives Office of Siak district, the research time was carried out from January to April 2024. There are several communication strategies carried out by the Siak Regency Library and Archives Office in implementing the Social Inclusion-Based Library Transformation program, namely the active role of librarians. The results showed that there was planning, implementation and evaluation. The first meeting was to make a decree of the rillis program team consisting of 17 members, responsible for seven activities such as makeup, bread / pastry making, chili sauce making, catfish shredded making, sablak cracker making, making sour turmeric traditional herbal medicine, and making plates from palm sticks. The message was conveyed to the community. Mediasuch as mass and electronic media, WA, facebook, youtube, instagram and through websites. The recipient is very important, because it is he who is targeted. In the implementation of leading the implementation of cosmetology and 6 other activities, gathering the community in a confinement. Evaluation is the last stage perto determine the final results of activities, to find out whether the previous performance is in accordance with what is expected or not. Then about the media used effectively or not during the implementation process, then about the message given whether it has been understood by the community or not, whether the strategic goals are achieved or not and changes in attitudes made by the community.
