This research was motivated by the rise of the Covid-19 virus, and government instructions regarding accelerating vaccination. Therefore, the author wants to examine the communication patterns of the Covid-19 task force team with a large number of people. To achieve effective communication, it is necessary to pay attention to the meaning of the message that will be conveyed. As at the beginning of 2020, the world was shocked by the emergence of the COVID - 19 virus outbreak in Wuhan, China. This outbreak, which continues to spread, has been declared a pandemic which is becoming a world problem. This is because the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has affected various aspects of life. Therefore, the role of effective health communication is very necessary so as not to cause public panic.
The aim of this research is to look at interpersonal communication patterns, groups and cluster team organizations in conveying Covid-19 vaccination information. descriptive using qualitative methods. This research method is also often referred to as an interpretive method because research data is more concerned with the interpretation of data found in the field.
The results of this research show that group communication is communication that is carried out when three or more people meet face to face, usually under the direction of a leader to achieve a common goal or target and influence each other. In this communication, the leader plays a role in carrying out group interactions. Where the leader orders his group of members to socialize the Covid-19 vaccine, the resource person, Dr. Agri Divonanda, M.K.M, said that before ordering the members of the Tangga Batu village health officers, they held a previous meeting which was attended by several groups, namely groups, health workers and the Covid-19 task force team. Each group has a representative to attend the meeting. And then the health worker conveys this information to community groups such as the village head, Binmaspol, Babinsa, BPD, and Village Government. There are no obstacles in carrying out organizational group communication interactions. Interactions are carried out face to face through formal channels with meetings between leaders and other health members. This interaction was carried out well.
