Asesmen Dan Evaluasi Struktur Gedung Terbangun Di Kota Pekanbaru
The case study of the building in this study is a building with an initial design of 7
floors but the construction has only been completed 4 floors, so in evaluating this
building a new building approach and existing buildings are used using linear
analysis of spectrum response based on SNI 1726-2019 and Non-Linear Pushover
analysis based on ASCE 41-17, so that in the analysis 3 structural models are
made, first model A for 4-story buildings, model B for 7-story buildings, model C
for 7-story buildings with reinforcement.
Earthquake demand in this building evaluation is BSE1N (DBE Tr2500 Year),
BSE2N (DBE Tr2500 Year) for new buildings and BSE1E (Tr225 Year), BSE2E (Tr
975 Year) for existing buildings. Based on the results of the spectral response
graph, it can be seen that the most significant spectral magnitude comparison is
BSE2N (MCER) followed by BSE2E (Tr975), BSE1N (Tr2500), and BSE2N
(Tr225)
The results of linear analysis based on SNI 1726-2019 show that for model A based
on the results (demand capacity ratio ) DCR capacity of beam and column elements
< 1, (strong column weak beam) SCWB ratio < 1, a deviation that occurs < 1%
and for model B based on the results of DCR the capacity of beam and column
elements > 1, SCWB ratio < 1, a deviation that occurs < 1% and for model C based
on DCR results in the capacity of beam and column elements < 1, SCWB ratio <
1, deviation occurs < 1%
Non-Linear Evaluation Results based on ASCE 41-17 based on global checks for
model A buildings at the BSE1E earthquake level are still within the IO
performance limit and at the BSE2E earthquake level are still within the LS
performance limit. model B buildings at BSE1N earthquake levels are still within
IO performance limits and BSE2N earthquake levels The structure has already
failed before finding its performance point. for model buildings at the BSE1E
earthquake level are still within the IO performance limit and at the BSE2E
earthquake level are still within the LS performance limit.
