Analisis Pengelolaan Fisik Kelas Di Ra Al-Hidayah Kecamatan Siantar Timur Provinsi Sumatera Utara
Classroom management is the main asset for teachers in carrying out learning to create effective and enjoyable conditions so that learning objectives can be achieved well. The physical environment includes the learning environment around the child, whether in class, school or outside school, such as the classroom, spatial layout and physical situation around the class. This research aims to describe information regarding the physical management of classes at RA Al-Hidayah, East Siantar
District, North Sumatra Province. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the physical classroom management carried out at RA Al-Hidayah is not yet in the good enough category because physical classroom management indicators have not been implemented, the results of which will be described in this journal.
