Based on the results of temporary observations carried out at the Riau University FKIP Kindergarten on children aged 4-5 years regarding the factors that influence children's moral behavior, phenomena were found, namely, 1) Children tend not to behave morally, it can be seen that kindergarten children do not want to shake hands if meeting older people, and children do not want to share food with their friends. 2) Children tend not to want to pray before and after eating, and also children do not want to eat while sitting quietly, and 4) Children tend not to want to respect their friends. This can be seen that children are forced to ask friends for toys and children are forced to ask friends for food if they don't give it, they say no friends and so on. The aim of this research is to determine parents' perceptions of the factors that influence children's moral behavior at the FKIP Kindergarten, Riau University. There are factors that influence children's moral behavior. This type of research is descriptive in nature with a quantitative approach which aims to provide a systematic description of the ongoing situation at the research object. The sample determined was all parents who sent their children to the FKIP Kindergarten, Riau University, totaling 40 people. The samples taken were 40 parents of children, namely female parents. Based on the results of data processing, it is known that parents' perceptions of the factors that influence the moral behavior of children aged 5-6 years at the FKIP Kindergarten, Riau University are quite good. This can be seen in that each indicator observed is in good enough criteria. This means that according to their assessment the main factor influencing the moral behavior of children aged 5-6 years is parents in seeing the development of their child's moral behavior at school. This is important, because in daily life children spend more time together with their parents than with teachers at school. Not only teachers, but parents are the first point in developing children's moral behavior.
